I have used AAA for 6 years now and this year I had a new AC system installed. This family friendly group of people were very honest with me about the size of AC I needed and they discussed the SEER amount I needed etc. I have talked to other AC companies but never got enough information from them and the costs were out of sight. I sincerely recommend AAA company to provide service for u.

Not the cheapest place in town but with this company you get more than what you pay for. Back in 2005 I could have saved a couple of hundred dollars with two or three other companies but I have not at all regretted spending a little more. They are always friendly, always professional and response time is very quick. I just can not say enough good things about my experience with them. And yes, I did need repairs after 8 years but the replacement part was covered under my 10 year warranty. Yes, a 10 year warranty that did not cost a penny extra.

Good company . I am happy with my new Trane system and the service I receivedfrom A A A Air Conditioning company. They took time explaining what I needed in order to cool my house to my needs as the system I had was not adequate and was constantly in need of service. Their service people are well trained, polite and get the job done as quickly as possible. Very happy with Triple A Air Conditioning and I highly recommend them.

Got the call, Erik arrived started checking my unit and showed me what was going on with my unit gave me approx prices and told him to proceed and he explained everything that was done and brought to my attention other things that needed fixed or replaced, gave him the go ahead and was done a short time later. Will definitely recommend their services to anyone. Thanks for a job well done.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness Unfortunately my AC stopped working and it was 89 degrees in my house and me and my Doberman were miserable. I called several HVAC companies in Victoria and I was shocked that most didn't seem to have the desire to help me and was trying to schedule someone within 72 hours. Obviously that wasn't going to work for me as 1 night and day was all I could take. Thankfully I called AAA Air-Conditioning services and the lady who answered the phone not only showed empathy for my situation and let me know she could have someone at my house the next day. Her son Thomas showed up on time and he was professional and an obviously a HVAC pro, he quickly diagnosed the problem and went to work. I under 24 hours of my call Thomas repaired my system and my house temp was at 73 degrees again. The price was fair and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend them and I will use them in the future as well. Thanks Thomas and the AAA Team.

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value 02/07/2022 I had been out of state for a while and just got back. Turned the heat on and nothing happened. I called AAA Air Conditioning and Erik S. came over within 30-45 minutes. He had my heat up and running in no time for a very reasonable fee. Erik was VERY nice and explained everything to me in terms that I understood. If I ever need help with my heat or AC again, I’m will definitely call AAA Air Conditioning.

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness The guy really worked some magic with our 25 year old unit. So, after seeing his diligence with the the old unit I requested he return. Now we set up a brand new Trane system. I have an old house and knew anything that could fight him would fight him. He persisted with the small door way, narrow stairs, and some serious hill billy engineering. He was able to do what he promised. I knew the timeline would be longer than he estimated because my luck is a black cloud. He explained everything without talking over our head and was always very respectful and professional.

AAA did a great job for a reasonable cost

Excellent. AC stopped working correctly the weekend of July 4th. Eric was out first thing on the 5th, explained and helped weigh options. We chose the less expensive route, and am happy to report we are as cool as we want to be. All seems to be working fine.

Prompt and reliable service!

Needed replacement central a/c unit. Received fast service, had it all installed in a day, and did not go a penny over the estimate that had been provided. Would recommend for any service or equipment needs.
