Regular Inspections and Maintenance of your Cooling and Heating systems are important to keep your units running efficiently and effectively all year long!

Two inspections each year, cooling and heating and 10% discount on parts and labor. Exclusions: 10% discount on diagnostic charge, replacement of condenser, coil, electric air handler or gas furnace.

Priority service at 10% discount and NO OVERTIME CHARGE, should the need arise between inspections. Inspections are scheduled Monday thru Friday 8:00a.m. To 5:00 p.m.

Condensate water leaks: AAA Air Conditioning Inc warranty on condensate water leaks is 72 hours and AAA is not responsible or liable for any prior, current, or consequential damage, mold, or sickness caused by such leaks.

This includes all servicing, cleaning and new equipment installations.

Inspections Include:

COOLING

  1. Inspect filters.
  2. Clean washable filters or change filters.
  3. *Check indoor coil.
  4. Check ductwork connections at indoor unit.
  5. Check operation of indoor blower.
  6. Clean condensate drain, check auxiliary drain, and clear. Clean out auxiliary drain pan if required.
  7. Check operation of thermostat.
  8. Clean condenser coils with water. If chemical cleaning is required, additional pricing will apply.
  9. Check all electrical connections.
  10. Visually inspect electrical components.
  11. Check voltage and amps on outdoor unit.
  12. Check Freon pressure with charging chart.
  13. Check temperature differential, supply and return.
  14. Check performance of total system.

*Evaporator coil cleaning will be priced as needed.

HEATING

  1. Inspect filters.
  2. Clean washable filters or change filters.
  3. Check heat pump in heating mode.
  4. Check heat pump in defrost operation.
  5. Check electric heat operation and amps.
  6. Check operation of indoor blower.
  7. Check gas pressure and gas valve.
  8. Check burners and vacuum if needed.
  9. Clean and adjust pilot assembly.
  10. Check safeties on all heating units.
  11. Check for gas leaks.
  12. Check heat exchanger.
  13. Check induced draft motor and pressure switch.
  14. Check performance of total system.

First system: $250.00 per year or $30.00 per month, charged to your credit or debit card monthly. For each additional system, add $200.00 per year or $19.25 per month, charged on the same card.

Payments need to be up to date before any services or discounts can be performed.

Cooling checks are performed March through May, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Heating checks are performed from late September through mid-December, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

This agreement is automatically renewable and shall remain in effect unless changed or terminated by either party giving at least thirty (30) days' written notice before the anniversary date.
